Summary:
Jr. to Mid level Network Support Technician, Engineer needed. Looking for a versatile network and systems administrator, with a minimum of 3 years experience, that enjoys being in front of and making an impression on a customer. This individual will need to make periodic customer support visits to other customer locations. Competitive salary and benefits.

Job Description:

• Installs, assists with design, builds, and implements IT and network systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot network security and performance issues. Analyzes network traffic and provides capacity planning solutions.

• Monitors and responds to hardware and software incidences.

• Performs system-level network design and configuration of products including determination of hardware, OS, and other platform specifications.

• Account authorization, creation, renames and username changes, account disablement, and unlocking users accounts.

• On-site troubleshooting, customer problem investigation and technical assistance to computer systems users.

• Strong understanding of Active Directory and management, domain controller functionality.

• Previous experience working within a Data Center performing rack and stack and cable and power management.

• Experience in network analysis, system design, cyber security and implementation and evaluation of communications hardware capabilities, network protocols, and configurations.

• Certifications in VMWare VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+
